New Indian 10 Rupee Coin

New Indian rupee - New Indian Coin: Take a look at the New Indian Coin. This new Indian coin has been approved by the Indian government as a new symbol for Indian Rupee and this is the newest look of Rs. 10 coin

The Indian rupee symbol is a mix of the Devanagri ''Ra'' and Roman ''R'', and becomes the fifth currency in the world to have such a distinct identity. As you are aware, this new Indian rupee symbol is designed by IIT post-graduate D Uday Kumar and has been approved by the Union Cabinet today.

The new Indian rupee will now join the elite club of US dollar, British pound-sterling, Euro and Japanese Yen to have its own symbol.

The response received for this new Indian rupee symbol has already been great.

Big Movies But size of 700 mb. How?

I have seen many people asking this in many forums over and over, how to back up the DVDs by making Smaller DVD rips ??
Its pretty simple though, one may archive great quality DVD RIPs with available free tools. I would try to list a tutorial on it from start to end how to do it…

Software Requirements:

1. Windows OS (2000_sp4 or adobe)
2. DVD Dycripter (Free) — Download Here
3. AutoGK (Free) — Download here

Hardware Requirements:
1. DVD ROM
2. 10 GB Free HDD Space with NTFS Partition
3. A Fast Computer….in the sense at least 1 GB of RAM and minimum of dual core processor so that u wont have to wait till the eggs hatch.

The Process
We will use DVD Dycripter to rip a DVD 5 or DVD 9 in a single VOB File… If you look in the DVD file structure you may find for one movie there number file (VOB 0.99GB) in sequence… So the idea is use this software to create one single large VOB for encodning
Start the DVD Dycripter….
In the Main window change the MOD to IFO

Now I assume you have the DVD which you want to rip, in you DVD ROM, the picture now would look like this one, above…
This Bellow Step you may Skip, its for advance usage only if you have problem then prefer here….

————————– Advance Step ——————————–
Now go to Settings, and do the followings,
In TAB File Mode Set option File Splitting to None
Settings
Move to next TAB, IFO MODE , and set the option File Splitting to None

Once again to next ISO Read Mode and set the option File Splitting to None

This will allow you to receive one single large VOB file… around 4 GB for DVD 5 and around 7.5 GB for a DVD 9…
Next step will make sure that DVD Dycripter doesn’t force re-read for the Damage DVD Sectors…. This helps greatly up to 20 times faster when you get stuck with a DVD which comes with Read Error….
Go to TAB I/O and set the option for Read and Write error retried to 0, also Check on the Box says, Ignore Read Errors…

You are done with advance Settings of the DVD Dycripter !!!! Now we may proceed to dycript the DVD….
————————– End of Advance Settings —————————
Select the PPG in the Input box which is the longer in time format, and then Select the place where you want your File to go, (make sure its one NTFS Partition with atleast 10 GB space in it) and Hit the button to Dycript….
It will start Coping Data to your HDD, usually with good DVD media it takes around 15 mins !!!!
Once you are done, fire up the AutoGK …..
Now Browse from the Input Box to select the file which you just have copied using DVD Dypripter… Then Select the Size you want 1 CD or 2 CD, for Good quality which you want to view in 19″ Screens I would say Select 2 CD !!! how ever 700 MB too will just work out fine tooo !!!
Now Please click on Advance Settings… and in the Advance TAB, Select Codec as xvid and Resolution to auto Width and Audio Type to VBR MP3 128kbps !!!!
Now at the Main AutoGK Window, Click add job and the Hit start Button… Thats it… Auto GK will do the rest for you…

Types of Interviews

Types of Interviews

Stress Interview
Stress interviews are used to see how the jobseeker handle himself. You may be sarcastic or argumentative, or may keep him waiting. You may also lapse into silence at some point during the questioning, this is used as an attempt to unnerve the jobseeker.

One-On-One Interview
In a one-on-one interview, it has been established that the jobseeker has the skills and education necessary for the position. You want to see if the jobseeker will fit in with the company, and how his/her skills complement the rest of the department. In a one-on-one interview the jobseeker's goal is to establish rapport with the interviewer and to show that his/her qualifications will benefit the company.

Screening Interview
A screening interview is meant to weed out unqualified candidates. Providing facts about the skills is more important than establishing rapport. Interviewers will work from an outline of points they want to cover, looking for inconsistencies in the jobseeker's resume and challenging his/her qualifications. One type of screening interview is the telephone interview.

Lunch Interview
The same rules apply in lunch interviews as in those held at the office. The setting may be more casual, but it is a business lunch and the jobseeker has to be watched carefully. The jobseeker must use the lunch interview to develop common ground with your interviewer.

Committee Interview
Committee interviews are a common practice. Jobseeker will have to face several members of the company who have a say in whether he/she is hired. In some committee interviews, you can ask the jobseeker to demonstrate his/her problem-solving skills. The committee will outline a situation and ask him/her to formulate a plan that deals with the problem. The interviewers are looking for how the jobseeker apply his/her knowledge and skills to a real-life situation.

Group Interview
A group interview is usually designed to uncover the leadership potential of prospective managers and employees who will be dealing with the public. The front-runner candidates are gathered together in an informal, discussion-type interview. A subject is introduced and the interviewer will start off the discussion. The goal of the group interview is to see how the jobseeker interact with others and how use him/her knowledge and reasoning powers to win others over.

Telephone Interview
Telephone interviews are merely screening interviews meant to eliminate poorly qualified candidates so that only a few are left for personal interviews. The jobseeker's mission in this interviewed is to be invited for a personal face-to-face interview.

Informational Interview
Typically this is an interview set up at the jobseeker's request with a Human Resources Manager or a departmental supervisor in the career field he/she is interested in. The purpose of this interview is to help the jobseeker find out more about a particular career, position or company. He/she is seeking information from these people in hopes that they might refer him/her to someone else in their company or to somebody they may know outside their company who could use your skills.
The Informational Interview is a part of the “cold-calling” process whereby jobseekers are generating their own job leads.

Screening Interview
Typically this is the first step a company takes after the resumes have been scrutinized. The purpose of this meeting is to assess the skills and personality traits of the potential candidates. The objective ultimately is to “screen out” those applicants the interviewer feels should not be hired due to lack of skills or bad first impressions. The interviewer must also “screen in” those candidates she/he feels would make a valuable contribution to the company. Your job during this preliminary meeting is to convince this person you are worthy to take the next step.

The General/Structured Interview
Frequently the Screening Interview is combined with the General Interview due to time constraints many companies have during the hiring process. Often the jobseeker will meet with the supervisor over the position for which he/she is applying. During this interview he/she will be discussing the specifics of the position, the company and industry.

Bharat bandh causes Rs. 13,000 Crore loss

We might have felt happy for Bharath bandh as it is a holiday for us. But look at the devastation it caused to our country's income. There was a loss of 13000 crores. Its not a small amount at all. This post is completely unrelated to this bog. But I'm too frustrated which made me to publish this post.
Ok. Fine. Are there any good consequences due to the bandh. These political leaders are completely selfish. No one is bothered about the country.
All the opposition leaders actually I have to say senseless leaders.. just want to show off that they are striving for the public by opposing the hike in petroleum products.
And our govt sucks in its part as they are charging 33% tax on fuel prices which means we are paying nearly 18 rs to the govt in the name of tax which indirectly is deposited in Swiss bank accounts of some idiots.

At-least u people have some responsibility and don't wait for bandhs. The only good people in our country are some industrialists. And industries in India are the best resources for income. I don't know what this post is useful for. Just rayalanipinchindi anthe.

New Currency Symbol for Indian Rupee

Like the US Dollar ($) and the Japanese Yen (¥), the Indian Rupee too will soon have a unique sign that will be recognized worldwide.

The Government of India has short-listed five designs following an all-India contest and one of these will be chosen as the official symbol. The cabinet will make the final decision based on an online poll or something similar.

Which is your favourate design for the rupee symbol ?
Does the use of such a symbol reflect India’s growing importance in the global economy ?
